We are immensely pleased to announce the 39th Annual International Conference of INVEST (Indian Value Engineering Society).
This year’s theme ‘Sustainability through Value Engineering’ resonates with the 2023 G20 Indian Presidency spirit of ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’.
Through the conference, the Indian Value Engineering Society aspires to create a forum for all key stakeholders and the value engineering community to engage, deliberate and explore ways and means for ‘value addition’ to the ongoing initiatives for sustainability.

38th Annual International Conference
The 38th Annual International Conference of Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST), held on 6th and 7th Jan 2023, Mumbai, was a long-awaited one, especially after 2 years of virtual events during the pandemic.
The conference had the participation of over 180 delegates from diverse industry segments, mainly automobile, electrical, IT renewable energy, manufacturing, heavy industry, defence, etc. and last but not the least, social sector as well.
Total 80 papers were presented about application of Value Engineering (VE) across a wide range of projects, reflecting not only the effective solutions, but also change in the way VE is transforming business strategies and operations in response to the emerging challenges and opportunities. Prestigious awards were also given for organisations and teams demonstrating effective and innovative application of VE.
The knowledge-rich plenary sessions by leadership and experts from industry and government were enthralling. The conference also served as a vibrant forum for cross learning and exchange of ideas.
The conference closed while reflecting the resolve of INVEST to take VE to the next level through digitalisation, thrust on training and creating wider and deeper expertise and strengthening efforts for working with government to collaborate for VE applications for turnkey and social sector projects.

Individual Awards
INVEST 38th Annual International Conference held on 6th and 7th January 2023, in Mumbai, served as an excellent platform for Value Practitioners to showcase their efforts in application and promotion of Value Methodology for best possible results.
The efforts of individual practitioners received recognition by way of cash prizes and certificates. This year, total 80 technical papers were received. Among these, the best papers standing the tough test of Technical Committee for quality, technical soundness and innovation received prizes. These comprised of:
